One night they came and another they never showed after the initial call and didn't answer when we called them repeatedly after the no-show. Was resolved in the morning. Restaurants are excellent. The manager did take care of us because of the AC issue. This is an older property.

Relaxing resort. Lacking in entertainment. Beach is small but nice. Room was small and dated and construction going on at our room from 6am to after 10pm was uncalled for and a huge distraction. Lots of little mishaps that is not the norm for sandals . We had hired a private transfer and while waiting we discovered they were not letting him through security even though all credentials were in order and kept trying to put us in a sandals private car at a charge. That was kinda shady. We had heard they had done this to a few other guest and had even made guest walk from the gate back to the resort at after 11pm because they hired an outside car service. I've been to many Sandals and never had this issue.

My wife and I booked this 8 day, 7 night stay for our honeymoon. Overall it was a great experience. However, it was a let down and frustration when it came to the honeymoon package. I was told numerous times (confirmed twice) that the honeymoon package would be included as part of our stay since that is our reason for being there. Upon arrival at our room, none of the honeymoon items were in the room (champagne, breakfast in bed vouchers, etc.). I secretly got a hold of the front desk that day to ensure we would receive those items and most importantly the rose pedals that night. I was told it would be taken care of. However that night I was let down that none of the items were taken care of. The next day I spoke with the front desk which brought the champagne, etc. to the room and was told that Sandals Royal Caribbean no longer does the rose pedals for the honeymoon package. I spoke with Sandals booking via phone and was told that Sandals Royal Caribbean does indeed still do this service but there was nothing they could do about it. They recommended after the honeymoon, I can reach out about this issue. I spoke with the front desk a total of three times that day (day 2) but was still told no. After my wife found out about the rose pedals surprise and me being very frustrated, she had to take it upon herself to get this done. What should have been a surprise for a once in a lifetime opportunity, especially for her, was a let down for the both of us. We got the rose pedals on day 3 but we were both so frustrated over it that it was not special. A few other minor issues also occurred but were not of long term consequence. Again, it was a nice vacation but certainly a huge, huge letdown being our once in a lifetime honeymoon.

The entertainment staff is AWESOME and might as well be our kids, lol Shamar Campbell, aka Dr. Smooth Tashika Callie Malick aka Happy Feet Rojay Marsha Nish Stephen Molly Kevi T Panda Francina Renea Without them, the entertainment wouldn't be fun. Shawnee is our favorite bartender. We've known him since 2022 and find him as soon as we get there. Maurice at the pool bar is our second favorite bartender. He never disappoints when fixing those good pool drinks. All the bartenders at the bar by Bella Napoli are AWESOME to. If you want your drinks strong without asking, that's definitely the spot. The 2 Butler's we had the pleasure of meeting, Kamar and JP, we the absolute BEST. I joked that they always appeared before you could ever call them. All in all, this is an awesome place to stay. You truly feel welcomed and at home. Time slows down, you relax, have fun,eat great food, meet great people, and NEVER want to leave.

Sandals South Coast Jamaica was my favorite trip my husband and I have gone on. This resort outdoes themselves. The resort is gorgeous. We stayed in a Rondoval suite. It was so romantic and quiet. I think we had to have had the best butlers at the resort, Tevar and Kevin. Tevar must have the energy of 10 men. He brought us things before we could even ask for them. All with an amazing fun and friendly attitude. Kevin and Tevar both set us up with poolside coolers and saved chairs, brought us lunch, snacks, drinks, and escorted us to dinner every night. How could you ask for more. They just went above and beyond. The staff sang to us on arrival and at our Anniversary dinner. The food was great. My favorite was the breakfast curry chicken and potatoes. Everything was great. Thank you South Coast for a wonderful trip.
