Second time to Beaches Negril. Our favorite! Two kids - 13 & 14, and it is their favorite vacation spot. They meet tons of friends, and there's so much to do for that "in between" age. The resort is small enough that you feel like you can have an eye on the kids at all times, yet it doesn't feel crowded at all. The food is seriously the best - get the Jamaican patties and coco bread (bbq place by the pool @ 11:00 - every day!!) They have beef and chicken (the more spicy of the two). Kids ate them every day. The Peruvian place, Yaku, is amazing! Also - the beach bar is THE best. Cameisha and Ricardo are the most friendly, funny, nicest folks around - we love them. You can also bring your own insulated cups, and they'll fill them up! You can get ackee and salt fish for breakfast at Stellas. We also took a boat with Usher (look for him on the beach - he'll be walking by - he's the best! 876-455-1807) Took us snorkeling into caves and to Rick's for lunch and to cliff jump. It is the best day!!! Seriously, spend the money. Beaches Negril is just a happy, magical place. Thank you so much for the best time!

The staff made an unforgettable trip even more memorable. Can’t even begin to express how grateful we are for their hard work, kindness, attentiveness, and positivity throughout our entire stay. This was our first big family vacation and first time at a resort of any kind. Beaches Negril far exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived all the way to the sad day we had to leave. We brought our five children, ages 22, 19, 17, 15, and 5 and they all had a blast the entire time. There was something for all ages. Daveion was exceptional as the entertainment host/lead. He made every event fun and exciting and really gets the crowd hyped up. All the dancers and entertainers are rock stars. We loved all their performances. My older kids and the entertainment crew were on a first name basis after day one. All the restaurant staff were incredible as well. Especially the Mill restaurant supervisor, I believe her name was Sharon (sorry I should have remembered). My favorite crew was the regular staff at the Cafe de Paris, they were the best! My youngest daughter and I were in there multiple times a day, latte or coffee espresso drink for me and the bling bling ice cream for her. The Bartenders are so much fun too, always ready to shake you up a new tropical drink or quick chat. I reallyn can’t say enough about the staff, food, environment, entertainment…everything! 10 stars in my opinion, we booked a trip for next year while on site we loved it so much. Captain David was an incredible guide on the boat ride, very knowledgeable and funny! Shemar the lifeguard was a very reliable person and communicative, I trusted him while my kids played in pool. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was safe! DJ Ramos kept the vibe alive and fun! The entertainment team was OUTSTANDING! Sashalee and Alexia were so full of energy and so fun, we enjoyed all the events they were apart of! Cleaning staff did an excellent job and was so thorough, our stay was wonderful. The food was exceptional and entertainment was like nothing we have ever experienced! Incredibly talented staff! Thank you for our stay we hope to stay again soon!

Our family of seven, including two babies under age two, stayed at Beaches Negril from March 24 to 31, 2026. We had a lovely vacation but were disappointed that we were unable to book reservations for any restaurants. However, on one of the first days of the trip, I was sitting outside the Kimonos Sizzle and Serve teppanyaki restaurant and a staff member (I think her name was Camille?) asked how my vacation was going. I told her it was lovely but we were unable to make reservations at any of the restaurants. She immediately offered to book us in at Kimonos restaurant. I said we have two small children in our group so an early reservation would be best. She said she’d take care of it and get back to me as soon as possible. A day or two later, I was relaxing at the main pool when Camille found me and told me we had a reservation at the Kimonos restaurant and gave me the details. I was impressed she not only followed through on her promise but came to find me after only meeting me in person once. There were five of us who attended the reservation, including our 22-month-old grandson and 8-month-old granddaughter. Our grandson was frightened by the noise as the food was being prepared in front of him and began to cry, so I took him outside and he was quite happy to watch through the restaurant window. Camille went out of her way to make sure my grandson was okay, and after a while, when I brought him back inside the restaurant, she made sure he had a portion of food to takeaway and eat later, which he did, and he loved it! Two days before we left the resort, I tried to find Camille to thank her personally for her kindness but it was her day off work. The morning we were leaving, I tried to find her again but she was starting work later in the day so we missed each other. The Facebook Group for Beaches Negril recommended posting my feedback about Camille’s excellent customer service here on Trip Advisor. Thank you, Camille, for your dedication to guest satisfaction and for making our evening at Kimonos so memorable through your kindness and consideration. I hope you get to enjoy many more memorable moments with your nieces and nephews whom you told me you adore! All the staff at Beaches Negril were wonderful and made our vacation a great experience. Although we were only able to book one restaurant reservation for our whole group of seven during the week we were there (Stella Seaside Italian which was fabulous!), we were able to make two other restaurant reservations for two of us at a time. Regardless, our week at Beaches Negril was a great family vacation and we look forward to visiting more Beaches properties in the future.
