My family of 5 traveled on !0/1 - 10/8 to Beaches Negril. We are Diamond and this was our 17th trip. We usually go to Beaches Turks, but decided to give this property a go. We were in the GCK, 2 bedroom and 3 bathroom. With teenagers those bathrooms came in handy. This property is by far much smaller then BTC, but is very beautiful. Everyone was happy and eager to chat. The GCK came with butler service, this was our first time having butler service. We felt we never needed it, we are very self sufficient travelers. Boy can I say that Novia and Tawani spoiled us beyond words that can express. They both exceeded our expectations and seemed to always know what we wanted before we asked. We loved having snacks in our room when we retuned from the beach. It was great getting to know each of them. If you have a chance to get butler service, please ask for them, trust me, you won’t be disappointed. There is a little bit of construction by the main pool. they are renovating Cafe de Paris. You can still find the treats and coffee by the aqueduct. Steven and Camiesha were exceptional bartenders, both of them very happy and personable, always smiling. The waterpark is small compared to BTC, we felt it was more geared towards younger children, my teenagers used it less than at BTC. Overall a great trip and glad we got to experience Jamaica again.

ROOMS - PERFECT (have stayed in other levels as well) FOOD - PLENTIFUL and delicious DRINKS - WELL MADE ALWAYS ENTERTAINMENT - the TEAM is so talented, the shows are well choreographed, great costumes, voices of angels and strength of Thor. The shows are for every age! POOLS - main pool is the favorite - great meeting place and yet spread out enough for simply relaxing. Piazza pool is great for families, especially those with real little ones. SAFETY IS A PRIORITY FOR THE POOL STAFF AT ALL TIMES. LOCATION - 7 MILE BEACH - NEED I SAY MORE.... VALUE - I have been to other AI resorts that are not even close to the level provided by BEACHES/SANDALS - worth every penny and provide a sress-free vacation. Other resorts limit what is included in AI (no restaurant hopping, one meal choice only which means if you don't like it you wait for the next time...) and tipping is expected at every turn. WATER SPORTS - WELL... Melissa put a damper on that, but from prior trips I can tell you they are great. We arrived home safely in NY Monday 11/3/25. I wanted to take a moment to thank the entire Beaches Negril TEAM for their GRACE, RESILIENCE, STRENGTH and COMPASSION with each other and with all of us who remained on-site having officially checked off surviving a Cat 5 Hurricane. I have already completed the official survey and used all 3000 characters allowed to express my thoughts and single out specific TEAM Members - I needed more characters..... Lastly to our new connections we made over the last few days: The Idaho crew - you are a blast and are so happy you crossed our path ❤️ The Sandals South Coast crew who were transplanted in the wee hours of the morning - WOW - ultimate party crew!!! To the many others we met and came out on the other side of this experience with, a little humor: the Americans - we will get through this.... the Canadians - we are still friends.... the British - you do have a sense of humor... the SRC FB Group - thank you for sharing with us and we will await publication of the first edition..May the SS Minnow ride the sea forever. This was our 10th trip to Beaches Negril and travel as a couple with no children. We have traveled to a number of Sandals properties in the past but once we discovered Beaches Negril this has been our go to spot. We were scheduled to be at Beaches from 10-14 to 10-28 but hurricane Melissa happened and we managed to get a flight home on the 25th before Melissa hit the island. Everyone at Beaches was very supportive in helping us get off the Island and we are very grateful for that. The beach here is the best in Jamaica. You can literally walk for miles on the beach interacting with the locals and just taking in the Jamaican culture. Many guests choose to never leave the resort which is fine because the resort property has a nice long stretch of beach to enjoy.. The restaurants were all good and we didn’t have any trouble getting reservations for those that required them. Our favorites were Stella, Yaku, and the Jerk Shack. Stella wasn’t completed last year so it was a new experience for us this year. Our favorite for lunch was the food trucks. The salads at the Green Machine were fresh and very good. Add a little chicken from the other food truck and you have a tasty refreshing lunch without ever leaving the beach. The entertainment is very good with a good mix of entertainment focused on the children and the adults. The entertainment team is exceptional and spend a huge amount of time interacting and playing with the children to make sure they are all having a good time. Nae Nae on the entertainment team has to be the sweetest young lady ever and every child seems to absolutely love her. In 9 previous visits I had never visited the spa but since they now give a spa credit I thought I would give it a try. OMG! I have been missing out! We decided on a facial and in order to use up the rest of the credit I also got a foot massage. The facial done by Maryetta was two hours and the best that I have ever had and the 30 minute foot massage done by Janice was also perfect. The resort is beautiful, the food is very good, and the beach is the best but what keeps us coming back are the people here. Everyone that we interacted with made us feel Iike family. Service everywhere was always exceptional but there are some staff that we interacted with that really stood out. Beach servers Shaneek and Janice always made sure we stayed hydrated. Amann who cooks the omelettes in the mill always made my morning. He knew what I wanted and how I wanted it cooked before I even asked. Kevoy the beach lifeguard is a favorite. He is so personable and shared so much information about his life in Jamaica and his time at Beaches. It is apparent that he loves working at Beaches and is an outstanding ambassador. Lesmore, Victoria, and Kamilia always made sure that our restaurant experience was first class. We discovered that Sandals/Beaches has created a new position at the loyalty office of VIP Concierge. This is a person designated to assist diamond level and above guests in handling what ever they may need. Kemal holds this position at Beaches Negril and is amazing. I think his favorite phrase was “what may I do for you”. In addition to being helpful he was also very efficient. We wanted to try the Brava restaurant at Sandals Negril and ask Kemal if he could arrange it. He made the reservation, arranged a taxi, and called the concierge at Sandals to let them know that we were coming. We found out later that Kemal had driven down to Sandals and personally set up our table to insure that it was nice. Who does that!?? It was another great trip to Beaches Negril and we have already booked for next year. We feel confident that the Island will deal with the destruction from Melissa and come back even better. One love

Read full reviewOn the far western side of Jamaica, you’ll find the friendly town of Negril. Here in the midst of gorgeous beaches and calm waters sits the beautiful resort of Beaches Negril. A close second on our list of Top 5 Beaches resorts, it ties with Beaches Turks & Caicos in terms of scenic beauty. It comes only slightly second overall because it’s smaller in scope than the first resort on our list, even though it’s still impressively large and delightfully complete.
