Our overall experience at Sandals Ochi was very good from the moment we were picked up at the airport until our departure back to the airport. The resort property is expansive and divided into three separate sections. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riviera—Honeymoon Beachfront Penthouse Club Level. Positives: Outstanding customer service from every Sandals employee we encountered. Comprehensive all-inclusive package with a wide array of private and Sandals-sponsored tours and experiences available. Numerous dining options with many restaurants to choose from. Well-maintained common areas and a relaxed atmosphere throughout the resort. Negatives: The mattress in our room was uncomfortable despite attempts to flip it; we regret not requesting a room change. Some guests were noticeably intoxicated, though this issue is not really the resort's responsibility. Restaurant schedules were confusing, leading to difficulties making reservations. They always seemed to be fully booked or unexpectedly closed. Additionally, some restaurants were out of the dishes we specifically wanted to try. Overall, this was my first experience at a Sandals resort, but I don't expect it to be my last. Remember to have patience and embrace 'island time' — it enhances the experience. Special thanks to Moesha (Cook) - soft scrambled with cheese...please, Kcvoy, Davion (Bellhop), Patrice, Neal (Cabana Connoisseur), and many others who made our stay memorable. Recommended! "Bless up"

Okay, so this was our 8th visit to a Sandals including 1 to Ochi before. Wouldn't have been there except my son decided to get married there. The wedding was well done and no complaints. The rest was so below par, it's laughable. Butlers were completely uninnovative. Swore they couldn't get scotch for the room for 3 days then we got it within 20 minutes when asking different staff. Resort isn't really walkable for butler suites so you're dependant upon others to get around. Service is slow at most restaurants. Breakfast buffets served in restaurants with no AC in fn Jamaica! I had relatively expensive sneakers stolen from our room. Altogether will never return but still love Sandals properties overall. Don't go. Let this disappointment die a slow death.

So let me start off by saying that this review doesn’t pertain to all of the staff. With that being said reversed racism is beyond real at this location. Service for the most part is non existent. Food quality is something I’m not sure I’d feed animals. Amenities lack luster, cost over priced. Up to 30 mins to get a drink and they weren’t busy. Twice we almost got ran over by staff driving golf carts like they were on a nascar track or something, the day of departure they almost collided golf carts as the one staff member wasn’t paying attention while driving. The room was amazing however our pool pump never ran so the water was cloudy and discouraged us from getting in it. The pools at the resort close at 6 and no one would swim in the pool at our room. Soda is watered down, food lack taste! Ray and TT the shuttle drivers were the best part of the entire trip! Learn to use 7krave the food delivery company is f going here. But I would highly recommend another resort because this one is horrible.

We had the best week at Sandals South Coast July 14-19! Sandals makes everything so smooth from arrival to departure. Upon arriving at the resort, we were greeted with cool towels and a welcome song by the staff. We were quickly ushered into the lobby where we waited just a short time to be greeted by our butler (more about the butlers later). Our room was not ready so our butler escorted us to lunch, got us a drink and then went off to help get us in our room as quickly as possible. The effort there was greatly appreciated! The grounds at Sandals are immaculate! The tropical greenery is gorgeous and grounds are clean and well kept. We stayed in the Starlight Penthouse One Bedroom Butler Suite and it was wonderful! It was spacious, comfortable, in a great location and had wonderful views. The room did show a little wear and tear so if you go in thinking you won't see any of that, you will most likely be disappointed. The bed was so comfortable; the shower had two shower heads which was glorious; there was a tub in the room and on the balcony. The beach is long and has plenty of room. The water is the best between Latitudes and the over water bungalows. There were clear patches of water with no sea grass here and even though we brough them, didn't need water shoes. We enjoyed the food at the resort! Our favorite dinners were at Bayside and at Jasmine's. My husband had the chef's special at Jasmine's and it was phenomenal! We really enjoyed the chicken and taco food trucks as well as the jerk chicken shack. We probably wouldn't dine at Eleanor's again - it was very slow and it was probably our least favorite meal of the week. Our butler team was Kamar and Joy and they really elevated our stay!! They both had great personalities and went above and beyond to do so many things for us. Kamar helped expedite our room availability upon arrival and he made sure we had the best tables for our dinners! He had snacks waiting for us in our room each day as we got ready for dinner as well as brought us drinks on the beach. Joy surprised us with several special items only butler guests can get and we enjoyed that!! She got us plates of dessert from Cafe Paris in the evening and had them in our room for us when we returned for the evening. They decorated our room for us for a birthday and celebrating just being there in loved! The little touches were so nice. Thank you again Joy and Kamar for a fantastic time at South Coast!! We hope to see you again! Overall, our trip was amazing. This was our fourth Sandals stay, second at South Coast, and probably our most favorite stay! Every staff member we encountered was so happy and so helpful and joyful! We appreciated everyone's commitment to helping us have a wonderful vacation and can't wait to visit again!!

We had an amazing time and would like to commend those who have made our stay so special. From the beginning Lotoya (loyalty manager) welcomed us and made us feel at home. Casseana from redlane spa did a spectacular job with my hair and makeup for our vow renewal. Tevar and Kevin took great care of us at the Rondovals helping a lot with our wedding day. Kemar (Manager)was a life saver helping press my wedding gown after I burnt my hand. O’Neill from the photoshop took amazing photos and is extremely humble. The resort chefs and servers have been amazing with my allergies, Enrique and Tedroy went out of their way to make sure my meals were safe. Lastly, Radcliffe and Annika have been very kind and helpful with our room. Our butlers Stephen and Rayon also went above and beyond making our stay at the bungalows perfect. Highly recommend the resort and the staff.

We spent a week at Sandals South Coast in July 2025. We had been to a few other Sandals previously and had good experiences. This was by far the best of the Sandals we have visited. The staff was phenomenal! We cannot say enough good words about them. Our butlers Alicia and Tiffany were outstanding. Shemar took us out on the Hobie Cat and showed my husband how to sail - he was so kind and helpful! The restaurant chefs met with me, as I have food allergies/intolerances and they were wonderful - meals were delicious! The breakfast buffets could not have been better!! Every restaurant had kind and attentive staff - Juleyanne at Bayside was a beautiful hostess!! Our room was spotless! The beach was beautiful! We could not have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back! Well done Sandals South Coast!!

We stayed at Sandals South Coast for our anniversary and had such a great time. The resort is absolutely beautiful—huge property, quiet beach areas, and some really good restaurants (especially loved Eleanor’s). If you’re booking, I highly recommend getting the private transfer instead of the shuttle. We made the mistake of doing the shuttle when we arrived, and it was pretty stressful. The private ride on the way back was smooth and relaxing, and our driver, Nikolai, was so kind and knowledgeable. We did a vow renewal while we were there, and I can’t say enough good things about Chevelle, our coordinator. It actually rained that afternoon, but she handled everything so calmly and made sure the ceremony still felt special. Khalia at the front desk also helped us out during checkout and was super friendly—just one of those people who makes things easier. We’ll definitely be back. Already missing it.

My husband and I spent 5 wonderful days at Sandals Negril for our anniversary. We staying in a club level beachfront walkout in the paradise building. The location was perfect and the views were stunning. This was our first time to stay at this resort, but the staff made us feel like family from the time we arrived! A huge shout out to Trevolyn at Perla. This sweet lady went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We also had an amazing concierge, Jermaine. He was so helpful. He had our dinner reservations made before we even had to ask. We enjoyed all of our meals, but our favorite restaurant was Sundowners. We would definitely recommend this resort.

Dillon our favorite bartender and very nice, Vandame a great photographer and very funny, Stacy ann gave us a great welcome. Tracy ann was one of the excellent ones at the bayside restaurant, also I didnt get a chance to get the name of the woman at the desk when you register for excursions she was a great help and lovely personality. It was others that I don’t have the names of but my girlfriend and I enjoyed ourselves so much. Jamaica feels like my second home. If you are looking for a place that is relaxing and full of love visit sandals Negril. Ya mon.

Just got back from our first Sandals first Jamaica trip July 15-22 and everything was amazing! From whisking through Montego Bay airport in 25 minutes to the just over an hour long ride to the resort, everything was great. In short, food - amazing, we ate at all restaurants, Sundowner, Barefoot, Brava, Kimonos, Perla, Bayside all fantastic. Easy to make reservations, service was always good, never waited long, always got enough food and drink! Perla was our favourite for lunch right on the beach, beef and curried chicken patties are a must try! The pizza was also a tasty meal on the beach. The room - Longshore luxury, great room, good size, bathroom and shower were great. Not much of a sitting area but why sit in your room when the resort has so many beautiful views. Always clean, towels stocked, bar stocked and filled daily, turn down service at night was also a nice touch. Resort - very clean, hard working grounds crew, some Reno’s going on, hardly noticed, a bit of power sawing in the afternoon but nothing that would ruin any trip. Easy to navigate the grounds, everything is close and beachfront which is great. Our room faced the road in front of resort , a bit noisy in the morning but we were up anyways, no point in sleeping away your vacation in the room.. that’s what the beach is for! The Beach - amazing, white soft sand, clear water, there is sea grass growing at the bottom, had some guys removing it the week we were there, always enough loungers in the shade at any time of day to grab a spot. Beach vendors walk up and down all day, not many but they are there, easy to say no thanks and they move on, not pushy at all. We walked the beach to the Beaches resort 25 mins away and they have zero sea grass, really wide beach area with tons of absolutely clear waters, very similar to Cuba’s beaches if you’ve been. Must be Sandals location as to why the sea grass but not a big deal at the end of the day. No waves, all the water super calm. Hotel Vibe - people of all ages, good mix, I’d say most were 25-50, gets rather quiet at night after the shows but they have a great DJ and Karaoke for the entertainment afterwards… was fun hanging around the main bar or the piano bar to drink, dance, watch and sing! Staff was amazing, seriously blown away, everyone was just so friendly, helpful, smiling, happy, and I mean like everyone. Never took long waiting for a drink, waiting for food, waiting for anything. Watersports was awesome, we snorkeled, glass bottom, kayak, Hobie cat, water trike, tubing multiple times… again everyone was friendly and helpful, had so much fun, and it’s all included which makes it that much more fun! Special shout out to our girl Anneika!!! Beach service by Perla, we never went thirsty or hungry with her around, always smiling, we chatted quite a bit and always made sure we were good as well as all the other guest she was looking after in her area. Such a hard worker and great attitude! Entertainment staff always worked hard preparing for the shows, all of them have such amazing voices its crazy, at one point I thought I was listening to Rihanna and realized after it was Lady Skye! Overall and amazing trip, we loved the resort, the people, the food, the entire vibe. Tips- bring an umbrella from the room at night, if often rained in the evening for a bit and if you were caught out in it you’ll get soaked. Bring water shoes if you don’t like your feet in the sea grass, heard someone stepped on something that hurt their foot. We just avoided walking the grassy areas when we walked and swam over to the resort floaties without touching the ground! Don’t miss the amazing sunsets… make sure you’re dining or hanging around the bar, beach or pool to watch the sun go down. It’s all inclusive, I ordered the mussels and swordfish steak at barefoot, 2 meals but great portions and easy to finish, had the tenderloin and lobster tail at sundowner, again two meals on the menu but I combined them, they don’t mind, all the food was delicious but just not enough time to try them all unfortunately. Our first time at Sandals, definitely not our last!

We recently returned from a 1-week stay at Sandals Negril, which was our first Sandals experience but based on our experience likely also our last. The resort desperately needs a full refurbishment, extensive staff training befitting of a 5* category and a complete quality upgrade across almost all dining locations. However, addressing these issues does not seem to be a priority for hotel management and they would therefore be better off reducing the hotel star rating to 3* to match expectations to reality. Pros: - The location of the resort along the beach is lovely and is the main draw for guests - Staff members are friendly if not always helpful, but some have tried to help when concerns were raised - Small gestures like a candlelight dinner and a dessert plate were made related to some (not all) of the issues we faced during our stay - F&B management specifically did seem to take the feedback on poor food seriously - Other room types in the Sundowner building for example seemed to have been built or renovated more recently and looked not just a little but a lot nicer than other room categories, although I will caveat that that building still had visible black mould and missing finishes - Breakfast and lunch buffet options were fine (if not memorable) and the Sundowner restaurant was also okay, minus the desserts that were dry and tasteless. Cons - The resort is in desperate need of a full refurbishment. There is some individual work going on here and there but it falls short of what is needed. Most surfaces and furniture is worn, cracked or peeling, and there are temporary fixes visible all over the resort that try but don’t succeed to paper over the tired feel of the place. Some areas of the resort feel extremely dingy, dirty and damp, and indeed there is black mould and water damage visible in public areas. - Our room category faced the road, obscured by a wall but still with constant traffic noise. This is not mentioned at all during booking. - Our first room had loud bar music pumping late at night and we found a cockroach within 1 hour of being in the room. - Changing our room required multiple requests and front desk staff seemed to only take a request seriously if asked at least three times, as well as not being able to handle a simple thing such as checking for other rooms without a 30-45 minute process involving management. - The replacement room a few doors down still had the traffic noise but thankfully no bar music, however had some additional problems: a leaking AC unit dripping onto light switches (causing sparking sounds, very likely a safety issue); water supply cut out twice during our stay, meaning we couldn’t take a hot shower after a 12-hour excursion; and after a couple or days we found a cockroach in this room too. - Food quality was poor across majority of the dining locations. Everything from a BLT and fries on room service to gyoza at the Japanese restaurant were all delivered soggy, and general quality of meat, preparation etc was well below what any hotel claiming a 5* category should be happy serving out. The best meals we had all holiday were outside the resort and almost everywhere we experienced outside the resort had better food. - F&B service is also very inconsistent, for example the Spanish tapas restaurant inexplicably deciding to serve tapas as if they were each a tiny individual course, leaving us to eat a few pieces of cauliflower before it got cold while we awaited another dish that should really have accompanied it. Bar service across the resort can also be extremely slow even with relatively few orders. - Difficult to prove one way or another but the drinks definitely seemed to be watered down, or alternatively my alcohol tolerance may have increased 5x while in Jamaica. - General customer service across the resort is friendly but incompetent and as a guest is exhausting. Every single request, no matter how simple, takes multiple follow-ups and the timings given are never stuck to. In one (of many) examples we required a total 6 conversations with staff over two days just to get some laundry done. Nothing that staff say will be done can be trusted to actually be done. - Staff also moved our belongings from sun loungers twice: first I will chalk up as an honest mistake as they thought our things belonged to another guest who had left the resort that day. On the second occasion though we never got our belongings back as they misplaced them. Luckily there were no valuables just magazines and sun lotion but the principle is the same. - While we spoke to the F&B management when the food issues were raised, when other issues were raised we have had no further reply from the hotel management.

Our stay in the Corner Walkout Swim-Up Room was absolutely stunning. The room offered breathtaking views and a private, peaceful atmosphere, well removed from high-traffic areas—perfect for a relaxing escape. As expected with an all-inclusive, the food was decent, though not exceptional. One downside was that the resort wound down early each night; room service and most amenities closed by 10 PM, which may be limiting for late-night guests. There was a noticeable difference in hospitality between the two sides of the resort. While the Sandals Barbados staff were often less than welcoming, the team on the Sandals Royal side delivered a much more pleasant and professional experience. Check-in and check-out processes were a bit disorganized, which created some confusion. However, once settled in, the serene and quiet environment made for a truly relaxing getaway. This resort leans more toward calm and intimate rather than lively or entertainment-driven—ideal for those seeking peace over parties.

We have just returned from 10 days at Sandals Barbados for our honeymoon. We had the most fantastic time. I was a little concerned after reading some negative reviews but we did not find any of these to be true during our stay. Every single staff member was friendly and courteous - even just saying hello and good morning when we passed by - and we found service to be really efficient. We did have a rather slow service at Butch's Chophouse one night but this was down to a genuine error and they could not have been more apologetic about it. Special shout out to Dario at Portofino's who sourced some cider for my husband for his meal, Kimberley at Butches Steak and Seafood and Deirdrie our fantastic cleaner!! We had a swim up room and it was cleaned daily with leaves from the foliage being removed every morning. They made our honeymoon amazingly special. This was our first time in Barbados and at a Sandals we will definitely be back. Also, if you're going here, i highly recommend Captain Larry's island and snorkeling trip. You can find him on the beach in the mornings. It was the highlight of our trip!!

This resort is not worth the money. The first full day, we went to get breakfast at Spices and birds were all over the place and were landing on tables in the first two rows of the restaurant. The hostess tried to sit my wife and I at one of those tables try to say it’s not a big deal. We had to tell them no so they could sit us in an area the birds did not go. We stayed gone most of the day, returning to our run around 4:00pm and our room had not been cleaned yet. The second and third days were a little better, but the rooms still were not cleaned until almost the evening. The fourth was the worse day, the fridge in the room was supposed to to be replaced, which did not happen. Found out multiple restaurants were not going to open for service and all the reservation restaurants were fully booked. Went to the English pub, had to wait 20 minutes for a seat, to then be seat in a space that we ended up seeing roaches. When the room was cleaned they did not provide any wash clothes until we talked to management. We were told by so many people to stay at Sandals because it was so wonderful. I totally disagree!!! There are many different all inclusive resorts that are cheaper in price and provide greater services.

There were so many great things about our trip to this resort, but I wish I would have known some of the negatives ahead of time. The food quality and service was really hit or miss. Our check in was past 4, so we couldn’t book reservations at any of the reservations required spots that day. We went to the walk in spot and it wasn’t very busy. It took 20 minutes to get drinks and over 2 hours to get our food. 4 tables who were sat after us received their food before us. When the food came out not all of the dishes were correct and it was ok quality. Fast forward on our trip, food service was much better at the reservation restaurants and quality was much better. Thai = some dishes were a bit bland but some were phenomenal. French = everything we tasted was great. The pub of all places which we didn’t even realize until the last day served food was GREAT (and the fastest)! Bartenders throughout were friendly and pretty fast. Sometimes they seemed to get annoyed with making shots. We weren’t ordering them non-stop, but still they weren’t thrilled. The entertainment team members were great! Tasheka, Happy Feet, and Dr. Smooth - you guys were great. Shout out to Marsha for slipping a mini- silent disco for us! We obviously came to this resort expecting and wanting a couples resort that wasn’t a rave party, but we weren’t expecting it to be quite so low key. The fire show and the one love show were great! We went over to the Montego Bay resort for one of the days to play pickleball and hang out. The pools at both are very small compared to resorts we are used to, but the layout and modern style of the Montego Bay is more youthful. Royal Caribbean is a bit more dated and needs some repairs and maybe a little modernization in some spots. Would we go to Sandals again based on our experience? Yes? But, if you’re 20-40, I would consider some of the other resort chains we’ve gone to first for the price we paid for this trip. If you’re looking for a quaint, romantic get away with phenomenal views and great overall service, I would however recommend this to be added to your short list!

Do yourself a favor and book a different resort . Communication is horrible here from the moment you step in the lobby and speak to the greet staff . In addition to being poorly trained and informed much of the staff is not friendly , particularly the bar and server staff . We spent time at the sister resort and it seems to be a much better ran resort it definitely had better entertainment , nicer hospitality staff . The transportation people were also helpful there . Just a much better vibe left me wishing we had booked there instead of royal .

We traveled last week for 5 nights with our 2 adult children and their significant others. That meant there were 6 people reading reviews in advance, needing coordination with meal fables, etc. We decided to try the Butler level category for the first time, hoping it would ease our coordination burden. WOW. I will get to Sherry Ann and Roland in a minute, but first the things we read online in advance that had us worried. Construction: Yes, the overwater bungalows were all being refurbished, but it had zero impact on our trip. Construction Noise: I guess if you really were paying attention, you might hear a random hammer or machine, but we were in the building closest to the construction and it was not an issue. Private Island Pool closed: Well, it has reopened and made for a nice “new” spot to enjoy mid way through our trip. Beach is Small: Yes, and there are not as many people at this resort as other Sandals, so there was always a beach chair available or someone (even beside the Butler) who were happy to help with towels and chairs at the pool or beach. One of our party had a food allergy. EVER SINGLE TIME we sat down, the server asked “Any food allergies?” And when we said yes, they immediately gave a menu rundown of what was okay and what to stay away from. And when food for 6 was delivered, they would confirm which of us had the allergy. So professional! Now, for Sherry Ann and Roland. They had carefully studied our pre-arrival preferences (such as pre-order of a birthday cake for my Daughters Birthday), helped us pivot reservation plans when we decided at the last minute to change (again, for 6!), made sure I was never far from a cold water or Red Stripe no matter where we were on property, and suggested some new drinks that were always a treat! Finally, the best example of great service - We planned to go to the Reggae Sumfest music festival in downtown MoBay, which was great. Sherry Ann coordinated with our taxi driver to have lawn chairs in the taxi waiting for us to use when we were picked up! My kids have made up a song about Roland and Sherry Ann after we left that is sung to the tune of Bob Marley’s “No Woman, No Cry” (“No Roland, No Cry. No Sherry Ann, No Cry”). We were laughing so hard on the bus back to the airport. I would be remiss not to mention the so very many more that made our trip great but I’m not great with remembering names - The lady shuttle boat Captain to the Island was as skilled of a boat driver as I have ever seen, the bartender with the bucket hat at the island who poured drinks as if he had 4 arms, the Chef in white coat at the Jerk Shack that shared her secret recipe for the Hell Fire jerk sauce, just to mention a few. Thanks for taking care of my family. We have rebooked and will see you all in December 2026.

We chose this resort to celebrate our anniversary, and we had a wonderful time. Our butlers were amazing Oneolla, Shervon and Tyler. SAM from the main pool made our week. This was our 15 trip to sandals and there was no one like SAM (Play Maker) at any of the other resorts. Her energy and her personality was like no other. Destiny and Dylan were also amazing. Captain nick (entertainment team manager) great team you have great job. Patrick (duty manager) it was a pleasure talking to him. Jonathan (Bar Manager) great guy. Sharon (Resort Manager) thank you and your wonderful staff. You have an awesome team and a beautiful resort. Can’t wait to come back. Big Tee & Paulette Varvaro.

We went to Halcyon to celebrate a wedding anniversary. First, the negatives. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent and the Bistro restaurant service was very slow. That said, there were many more positives at Halcyon to enjoy: - The site is very nice, providing a laid back atmosphere without being boring. - The staff overall was very friendly and accommodating. Would like to go and see them again. - Dylan, Captain Neil, and Samali were amazing activities people and very personable. We enjoyed their presences greatly. - Anna was one of our favorite waitresses, a joy to be around. - All the bartenders were very good, but Chris and Shaquille stood out above the rest. They both are very personable, easy to be around. Shaquille worked with us on studying different types of gin. - Nicole made sure we were well served around the pool during the day - Adam (concierge office) went over and above to both acknowledge our anniversary and take care of other needs. - Finally, Shadullah (wedding planner) set up multiple pleasant surprises for us throughout the week, even though we weren't on her radar as a wedding couple.

My husband and I stayed at Sandals Halcyon for our anniversary. All of the staff were beyond amazing!! The entertainment team was so much fun from the pool activities during the day to turning everyone up at night (Dylan’s dance moves, Jay on the DJ). We really enjoyed everyone! Please also find Delores at Bistro, Lashawn (entertainment crew), and Vince (bartender) and you won’t be disappointed.. they are such amazing people! They really made our anniversary trip special. The food and night entertainment was perfect. We also got massages which were exceptional. Thank you Dylan, Jay, Vince, and Lashawn for making this trip memorable!! Also there was one bartender at the night bar that would dance and have such a good time while making drinks (sorry for forgetting your name)! The employees felt like friends and my husband and I were both a little sad to leave. We really enjoyed them! 🫶🏽 #sandalshalcyon #itsavibe #alllove

We had an amazing stay at Sandals Halcyon. The staff was welcoming, the food was amazing and the grounds were beautiful. We stayed in the Rondavel which was very comfortable and well designed. The staff at the pool bars were outstanding and the pizza truck near the lazy river pool was delicious. Our butlers Vito and Sam made our trip even more memorable. We celebrated my husband's birthday during our stay. They decorated our room, our beach area and provided many surprised in the room for us. We truly felt special during our stay. This resort in more low key than other Sandals resorts which we enjoyed. We enjoyed meals at almost every restaurant and they all were great.

We just got back from our honeymoon at sandals halycon beach and we had the best time. This resort is the quiter one out of the 3 in st lucia but it was so romantic and cosy with the fire pits , perfect for a honeymoon! We upgraded our room to an walk out ocean honeymoon suite club level and it was probably the best room weve ever stayed in abroad , was fantastic! Fully stocked bar, hot tub on your terrace over looking the ocean, hummingbirds on a morning, just perfect. Big shout out to Adam in the club concierge, he was amazing from start to finsih, he went bove and beyond to make our stay so special, he was there any time you needed him and so helpful and professional, well done! On the bar we would like to thank Josi, Vince and Ryan, you guys were so attentive and happy, nothing was ever an issue and the cocktail were top tier. The food was excellent, if you do go make sure to go to the other resorts to try their al carte restaurants too. The sushi bar at halycon is just immense!!! Would recommend to them putting more frequent shuttles on to the other hotels, they are put on every 2 hours so its hard to plan your nights, every half hour or every hour would be so much better! Also (if i was being super picky) they put a massive amount of ice in every drink, often waters down the juice and cocktails. But apart from that it was incredible and we will definetly be returning to sandals Megan and tom

The pictures and descriptions do not do this resort justice. Visiting during the “off season” may also have added to the experience. The dining options were diverse and the food was amazing. I may be biased but Soy was the star of the dining experience for both the atmosphere and the food. Be sure to ask about drink specials at each restaurant. On that note, the drink variety was on point, staff was friendly and accommodating and the rooms were well taken care of and attended to. This trip exceeded expectations and was worth every penny.

We spent our honeymoon at Sandals Antigua and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The resort itself is stunning! It has beautiful beaches, lush grounds, and a relaxing vibe that made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. A huge part of what made our stay so special was our incredible butler team: June, Corri, and Hunter. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and stress-free the entire trip. From setting up private beach spots to arranging dinner reservations and surprises in our suite, they truly made us feel like royalty. The food was also amazing! So many delicious options and something new to try every day. Whether it was breakfast by the beach or dinner at one of the many restaurants, everything was fresh and flavorful. We had the perfect mix of fun and relaxation such as snorkeling, lounging by the pool, sunset walks on the beach. Everything about our honeymoon at Sandals Antigua exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend! The Powers

This was our second trip to this resort and it did not disappoint. Sushi every night when Soy was open was one of the highlights for us. The dive shop personnel were extremely helpful and very attentive to everyone's safety. The public beach vendors were mostly considerate and would graciously accept a simple "no thank you" and move on. All staff members were friendly. Check was a breeze and they have the timing figured out perfectly. Would come back for the 3rd time if the opportunity presents itself. Meanwhilebgoing to try out the Bahamas.

Sandals Montego Bay offered a great experience . The food at butch’s steak house dinner was awesome all around (surf and turf as well as sides). There were different bars and pools to hang out at and the beach was bigger than royals location. It was nice to have the option to visit royal location via shuttle (8 min ride) and use the amenities there as well. The room was clean and room service was fast! We met Akeem (entertainment department) who brought great fun the entire experience ! We as a couple won bingo and won some beautiful artwork prizes ! We loved that there were different tables set up for souvenirs and art to purchase. Food was good DRINKS WERE GREAT! Pina colada’s with Appleton floats were the best! We stayed for one week in July 2025 in category M1 beachfront millionaire one bedroom butler suite room 1566. The room was very well appointed, clean, updated, and RIGHT on the beach. Just a few steps from the beach, unobstructed ocean views. Bathroom has a nice walk in shower with 2 shower heads and dual controls and a soaking tub, double vanity, walkin closet, and a water closet with its own door. 2 smart tvs, king size bed, and a living room area with a couch, chairs, table, etc. Patio has a daybed, cocktail table and chairs and a soaking tub. Our butlers, Dane and Oshane, were friendly and very accommodating. They are a huge asset to the resort. Adair runs the overwater bar “Latitudes” and exemplifies what it means to serve her guests. She’s always friendly and happy to serve. Naseen works the overwater bar as well and always greets with a warm smile. We spent a lot of time at Latitudes as our room was a short walk from the bar, so we got to know them well. Damar from the bar….the living room bar, that is…always eager to craft your favorite cocktail…and Marlon….you must ask him about his Australian accent!! This guy is amazing, and hilarious. Theodore…a true gentleman. Amazing. Allan, a true hero. Thanks for all you do. Raj, the butler…. Raj… bro…. I won’t forget you and our experience. A genuine heart… we had a truly great experience with you as well. I hope to see you again. The list goes on, but those people stood out the most. And then there’s Wendy-Ann… one cannot forget Wendy-Ann. Thank you for your wonderful service and for making our experience amazing. Regarding the restaurants, our favorites were the jerk shack for delicious jerk chicken, the sushi restaurant, Soy, where Joel is the most amazing host/manager ever, butch’s for steak, and the ice cream shoppe for dessert! Oh we enjoyed the French restaurant as well. Do keep in mind some of the restaurants do not offer climate controlled seating. Tokyo Jo’s, tho a great experience, is an open air concept, as is the Italian and French restaurant. Not a bad thing necessarily, but if you’re looking for a/c, you will be limited in your dining options. Beautiful beach, wonderful people, nice rooms, great food, another great Sandals experience. I can’t wait to go back. See you soon!!!

We were there for a friend’s destination wedding. I had a great time. The accommodations & food were great. Very well kept & friendly, courteous staff, except in the gift shop. They are not very friendly in there 😼. Took an excursion to Dunns River falls. 100% recommend it. As an animal lover, it is a bit disturbing to see so many feral cats on the property not being taken care of properly. An organization like Sandals can surely afford to get involved in a TNR program at least. I looked it up & they claim to do TNR as well as get them medical care. Other than them being fed well, by the guest, I don’t think they are taken care of. I saw a pregnant one & all the males I saw are definitely intact & look sickly 😢😿. Also, there is a tropical bird, a macaw maybe, in a cage on the property. Why?? Some people in our party had a room close to the bird & it squawked all night. This is not fair to the bird or the guest.

This is my first time staying at a Sandals resort however I have stayed a multiple resorts in Jamaica before. I will start by saying of all the Jamaican resorts I’ve been to, this is the friendliest staff we have encountered. We are used to staff looking for tips whenever they help you however here there is no tipping and the staff are always willing to help. Location: The location of the hotel is a very short drive from the airport which is awesome compared to a long drive to Ocho Rios or Negril. The downside (for some) however means that it is on the flight path so you can hear planes landing and taking off. The reason I say downside for some is because my husband and I didn’t mind the plane noise and enjoyed watching the planes emerge above the resort. Beach: The beach is beautiful and is broken up into around 3/4 beaches. The water is clear and you can walk right in without needing water shoes. There are some coral spots so you can snorkel without having to get on a boat. If however you want to go out further to snorkel, the resort does offer hourly snorkel trips that are included as part of the all inclusive. Also, if snorkeling isn’t your thing then at 11:30 you can do the glass bottom boat trip that takes you out to the reef and you see the fish through the bottom of the boat. The guide for that trip was very formative and kept the boat ride fun and interactive. Pool: The swimming pools were a bit of a let down for us, they are very small with very limited sunbeds that get snapped up early in the morning and the sit with towels on them all day but no people. If swimming or lounging around the pool is your preference then this wouldn’t be the resort for you. On the topic of sun beds, around the pool wasn’t the only issue. The beds on the beach also had a similar issue with towels. There were limited beds that had shade from the very hot sun and the ones that did were taken early in the morning. Again, you would walk past at various parts of the day and the same sunbeds would be empty. Also the sunbeds in the shade were all reserved by butler rooms, so I’m not sure if it’s the butler reserving the beds or the individuals, but they would all have a towel and the blue cooler at the bed but no people. Food: There are a lot of restaurants to choose from, with the steak being the only place you need to reserve. We did try to reserve at the club desk and was told it is fully booked for our stay but they would try find something and to come back the next day to check. We did however book the Thai restaurant at the other sandals resort in Montego Bay. The next day my husband called to ask if we got a steak reservation and was told yes it’s 5pm on Friday. Meanwhile we already had the Thai booked for 6pm Friday. My husband pointed this out to them and they said o yes which one do you want to cancel. I’m not sure why they would think we would want 2 restaurants booked within an hour of each other for dinner. We did over hear other people have issues booking reservations with the club staff too. The food itself was average, my steak was over cooked at the steak house however my lobster was good. The noodles at Joes smelt good but we were underwhelmed by the taste. The pizza was not good! The fish in foil at jerk shack was the star of the show. Other things to note: - There is an app that tells you what is happening around the resort. We did notice that things would be advertised but not happen. - the airport shuttle is convenient however the last one to the airport is 1:15. Therefore if you have a late flight you will be waiting at the airport a long time. We ended up taking a taxi for $20, given our flight was not till 5:30 and the ride is only 5 minutes and we didn’t want to sit at the airport for 4 hours.

They really get the audience involved and hyped up! They are all very talented and we looked forward to all the activities they would put on. Now as for the negative experience, which put a large damper on the vacation. We had a very significant problem with one of our excursions. I am almost 100% positive it was a Sandals error. We would never know though, because we asked for a manager on 2 different days, and no one would actually meet with us. They went through the butlers which is extremely unprofessional. Then the compensation was only going to be 25%off the excursion, which definitely did not meet the problem/experience we had. We finally got 50% off, but again, not enough for what happened and also with no manager actually meeting with us. There were also some issues with charges on our account that we had to deal with so unfortunately, all of this took up time away from the wonderful experience we were having on our vacation. But thank you to our butler's and the entertainment staff for making the rest of our vacation wonderful.

This was my second day at sandals Grenada. I absolutely loved the resort, and the staff was truly amazing. The food, beach, property, and employees were wonderful and I have no complaints.

We absolutely loved the property and definitely plan to go back. The staff was the most friendly here out of the other Sandals properties we have been to. Specifically Travis helped return my airpod VERY quickly when it fell off my balcony. Hensley was so entertaining at Kimonos. I had a special dietary need that I hesitate to mention sometimes but he was so good about it and simply said "I got you." I really appreciated his flexibility. Rachel at Cafe de Paris was also so friendly and accommodating. All of the food was amazing. Butch's filet mignon was so good, we went back a second night and had it again. The only meal that was subpar was swordfish at Neptunes, but hey... sometimes these things happen. The room was gorgeous, but a tiny bit dark. We saw them renovating, so I think the rooms (in Pink Gin) are being made brighter. We did have a few hours of disruption from work in the room below us. That was mildly annoying. The one main complaint we had was that they brought in heavy machines to the beach to work on their water issues. It was very noisy and disruptive to our peaceful vacation. My only thought was that we could have been forewarned and encouraged to make our excursion for that day. If we were told, we wouldn't have even known they were there for a few hours. Lastly, an act of God brought a TON of saragssum to the beach. No one can control that, but they did remove it about 24-36 hours after it started washing up. We had no idea it was much of an issue in Grenada. We look forward to visiting again!

My mom and I spent a week in a Beachfront Club room at Sandals Grenada. It was truly a week of paradise. However, a few individuals on the resort made it extra special. Dwayne Smart the Bellman went above and beyond on several occasions to make our stay even better. He truly embodies what diamond service means. One day, he was taking us to our room on the golf cart and I saw coconuts as we were passing. He said he would turn back but I said no, it’s okay. After about 5 minutes at the room, we heard a knock at the door. It was Dwayne with two coconuts and straws for both my mom and I. What a pleasant surprise! It was well over and above what we would expect. He also did other things to make our stay special but I won’t go on and on. I also need to mention Laurel the guest service manager. What a pleasant lovely lady. I understand why they put her in charge of the guest experience. She goes out of her way to ensure your every need is met. Finally, Travis our concierge was pleasant and helpful. Honestly, all of the staff were so kind but those above went above and beyond. I would definitely return and tell all my friends to visit this resort. It is a beautiful place with exceptional staff and service. Food- Breakfast and Lunch options were all good. We weren’t crazy about dinner. Found the meat to be a little chewy and the options limited for dinner. Although they have many restaurants, we preferred dinners off resort. Umbrellas restaurant on Gran Anse Beach was phenomenal. The Aquarium restaurant food was good but the service was terrible. The live band was fabulous and the drinks at the bar were very good. Pink Gin Beach- There are two beaches that are like coves on Grenada Sandals property. Since they are surrounded by rocks it allows you to feel safe swimming. The water is warm and calm. No matter what time we went, there were always umbrellas and lounge chairs. The drink service on the beach was also excellent. Pool- There are two pools one quiet and one lively. Chairs at the quiet pool always easy to find. More difficult at the party pool. However, we aren’t pool people so we didn’t go to the pools. Just passed by. Gran Anse Beach- was long and beautiful. Definitely worth visiting. BBC beach was shallow and very calm. Magazine Beach was beautiful but gets deep quick. Entertainment- what we saw was good. Our favorite was Andon!! That guy has such a beautiful voice. The saxophonist was also excellent. The island people were so friendly. We got to see the entire island. Make sure you visit Annondale and the Grand Etang rainforest to see the monkeys. We are repeat Sandals resorts customers and we would definitely recommend and return to Sandals Grenada and/or other Sandals properties. They never disappoint. Thank you Sandals Grenada!

We have done 7 Sandals resorts (South Coast Jamaica, Antigua, Ochi, Grand Bahamian, Curaçao, Royal Barbados, and now Grenada. We had the butler level private infinity pool room which was expensive but amazing. It was definitely the best room we have ever had at a Sandals. Our butler’s Davy, Jurvell, and Dawniesha were very attentive and kind. They did a great job creating a festive birthday of room service breakfast, flowers, balloons, a cute birthday sign on the beach, and a special beach seafood birthday dish created for us we have no complaints. The pool drink and snack service at the quiet pool you have to give a shout out to Kiselle she was awesome so attentive and I never went thirsty. The French restaurant we frequented for dinner and breakfast and Monique took care of us every time and she was great. The resort itself is very small so everything is close by not much walking. The landscaping was immaculate and the housekeeping staff were great every day tons of towels and toiletries (although musky and smelled like an old man) and exactly what women want in the shower just kidding of course. The beach is public so some people selling trinkets and spices but not terribly pushy. Most pushy people on the property were the Spa ladies and I had a $150 credit and never went just to not talk to them anymore. My biggest complaint which is why 4/5 stars is the Butches Steakhouse. Like I said 7 sandals in the past 6 years and this was by far the worst steakhouse and meal I have ever had at a sandals. So after June 30th it is not lobster season so I was very bummed but not their fault. I got the surf and turf 5oz fillet and shrimp. It was gray, over cooked, and full of grizzle and membrane. We ordered Mac and cheese and a baked potato between the both of us. They forgot the butter and sour cream and never brought the mac and cheese. The potato was very dry even had I had toppings. The steak was so nasty I took one bite and left. You should be embarrassed serving that at your resort and at $1500 a night you’re going to hear about it from me on a review. If you don’t have lobster than I expect a decent steak. Again minus this meal it was a good week and the food was good in all other restaurants the French, neptunes, and spices. I’d have low expectations for the steakhouse and you will be ok.
