This was our 4th visit to Sandals St. Vincent and have five more return visits booked through 2027. Actions, as you can see from our continued bookings, speak louder than words but in a word Spectacular! It checks every box that we could wish for in a vacation experience and then some. The property, decor, landscaping, mountain and sea views, rooms, restaurants & pools are in another word Stunning! Last, but certainly not least, is the amazing Staff that is the primary reason for our return to this beautiful resort. They make us feel like family from the moment of our arrival to the heartfelt singing sendoff. Staff can make or break a resort's reputation and this one is full of super stars. Every staff member in every position that we encountered had a smile and a greeting and were genuinely kind and sincere. We'd like to take a minute to thank a few of the outstanding members of the Sandals St. Vincent team. O'kieve Graham, our Loyalty Rep greeted us on arrival and checked us in and continued to check on us throughout the week, his dedication and friendship truly mean the world to us. Kerry Pierre, Asst. Butler Manager has assisted us on several occasions before and during our stays and always reaches out to make sure our stay is the absolute best it can be. Tamon Allen's kind and friendly personality make him the best GM and we truly felt like royalty! Jimesha, our Consierge was everywhere making sure we had all that we needed, everyday and in every way. It was wonderful to meet Megan who was visiting from Jamaica and was always checking in on us. Bertram, our Pool Beverage Mgr. took great care of us no matter where we were sitting with his smiling personality. Ashantai's personality shined in every encounter especially on the VIP boat trip which was a ton of fun. Romana, our server in Sora was an absolute delight providing great service, recommendations and conversation. Greeting Rhiann in Butches was a great way to start our dining experience with her sparkling personality. A big thank you to Roshanna, our server in Butches who, on two evenings, made our dining experience awesome from the exceptional service, her spot on recommendations, amazing attitude and newfound friendship! This property is a winner in every aspect for us and clearly our hands down favorite and we've been to several Sandals resorts and other all inclusives over years. We will continue to return again and again. Thank you to your entire staff for working so hard everyday to make Sandals St. Vincent truly sensational!

Disappointed

We booked Sandals for what was meant to be a once in a lifetime luxury trip. When you invest at this level you expect flawless service, professionalism, and to feel safe and valued. Instead our experience with Island Routes left us stressed, disrespected, and even unsafe. Sunset Cruise Miscommunication We booked a sunset cruise through Island Routes, only to later find out there was a similar cruise included at no cost. We understandably wanted to cancel and use the money for a different excursion. At no time did anyone clearly explain that there was a rigid 4:00 PM cancellation deadline. On vacation guests should not be blindsided by hidden rules or fine print, especially when they are relying on staff to guide them. Island Routes told us we had to do the tour and would be charged regardless. After escalating and fighting to be heard, including mentioning legal action, the charge was finally waived. This entire ordeal was embarrassing, stressful, and beneath the standard any luxury resort should deliver. Town Tour and Unprofessional Gossip We rebooked a town tour, which should have been a fresh start. Instead, the driver who was otherwise kind told us he was sent specifically because we were labeled difficult to deal with. Imagine spending thousands for a luxury trip only to find yourself gossiped about, unfairly judged, and treated like a problem. That comment made us feel unsafe and targeted. A private billing dispute should never be passed around to third parties. This was not only unprofessional, it was degrading. Final Thoughts We came to Sandals expecting an elevated worry free experience. What we received was miscommunication, lack of transparency, and treatment that made us feel anything but valued. For a resort that markets itself as world class luxury, this was a serious failure. I hope management reflects on this because no guest should leave a Sandals property feeling judged, unsafe, or disrespected.

We had a wonderful week at Sandals Saint Vincent in August 2025 Our stay at Sandals Saint Vincent this August was nothing short of spectacular. The island itself is beautiful. Amazing mountains were fantastic. We stayed in a beach bungalow that was pure luxury. The bedroom with the ocean right out our door was a great way to start the day, it was comfortable and indulgent. We loved having private dock, we would have our coffee there every morning. With a never-ending supply of Bailey's. All the restaurant's we wonderful. Each restaurant offered something different. I think our favorite was Sora, the Italian restaurant. The meatball appetizer was probably the best meatball I've had anywhere. All the restaurants were very good. I personally am not a seafood lover but could always find a great meal. The Staff and the ambiance made every meal feel special. What made our experience amazing was the exceptional service. Our butlers—Tyla, Zanique, and Don—were phenomenal. We cannot say enough about how well we were treated. Tyla, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She surprised us with a private sunset Hobie Cat ride, complete with appetizers and champagne, and even serenaded us on the way to dinner one evening. Her warmth and attention to detail made us feel truly cherished. Zanique set our Bungalow deck up for a romantic Italian dinner. It was amazing. Don has a unique way of announcing he is here, he would sing... "It's Don the Buttler. We loved our trip so much that we’ve already booked a return trip for next August. On the stipulation we get the same butler trio.. 🙂 Sandals Saint Vincent has captured our hearts, and we can’t wait to return to this slice of paradise.

We absolutely loved our time at Sandals in St. Vincent! We came for our honeymoon. Everything was perfect! The service and guest care was amazing, the resort was very clean & beautiful, all the food was delicious, and there were so many things to do- ranging from fun to relaxing. We will definitely return here in the future. It was a perfect week!
