Perfect 4 nights on our favorite quick getaway island! The staff were amazing… especially Rosanna our housekeeper in the Highgrove building, Syovania at the French Restaurant, Marlon our island cabana butler, and Tadean the Club Sandals manager. We had a swim-up room in Highgrove and it was beautiful. Pool was clean and warm! From check-in to check-out, the drinks were delish and food was, too. Favorite meals were La Tavola and the French restaurant. Entertainment staff were very talented. There is some construction going on but for the most part it didn’t impact us at all. We were a little disappointed the island pool was closed when we booked our private cabana for the day but the Club team made sure to take care of us. We will be back!

We had an enjoyable 8 days at Sandals Royal Caribbean in Montego Bay Jamaica. We loved our HSUP room. This was our 6th Sandals stay but first time in a swimup room. We would definitely book this room and room category again. We appreciated our Room Attendant, Roseann, as she took great pride and attention to cleaning our room. She took quick note that we used our coffee pot, creamer and “yellow” sugar packets and made sure we had plenty of those every day. Shawn from Club Sandals did a fantastic job with our room orientation (we’ve been to a few resorts where they did little more than take us to the room). We needed two things ..robes and distilled water..and Shawn followed through to ensure the items were received. The entertainment was wonderful highlighted by Rosie the violinist, DJ Smooth, Oral the saxophonist, and we especially enjoyed “Happy Feet” Malik. He is a talented and special young man. The food was delicious through out our stay with only one entree not so good. My fish and chips was a bunch of gooey batter. However, Tameka and Rohan at Cricketeers were great! Other excellent servers were Jessica at The Mariner and La Jardinier, and Nataki at Bombay. My husbands favorite was Glennroy who expertly made his omelette to order every day with fun and a smile! We ate breakfast at Spices everyday and I enjoyed seeing Lamar’s cheerful smile and pleasant good morning. We had a relaxing, peaceful and wonderful vacation!

This was our second stay at this hotel & we were wowed by the service especially restaurant & butlers. We were greeted warmly in the Club Sandals Lounge. Our room was huge & beautiful. Loved the patio & view of the ocean. Also this room was very close to everything over the swim outs. Food & atmosphere great at La Tivola Tanise was our server with Kimberly as the cocktail server. We haven't seen this at any of the other Sandals resorts. Made dinner service run so much smoother. Royal Thai was excellent as it has been for years. Excellent service by Crissann who could pronounce all the dishes on the menu perfectly ( I couldn't ) Our butlers Francios & Kevoy were stand outs. Very professional & went above & beyond, but great sense of humor & fun to be around. They will be a big reason we return. I met many other butlers & saw them in action at this resort. We met Krishna & Davia the butler managers who put on a fun butler party. Our Cabana butler Marlon at the island was also a stand out. He was a ton of fun & kept us entertained. We had a massage on the island Bernette & Hialeah were excellent but I hope in the future massage huts will be moved far away from a noisy beach area. This is definitely one of our new favorites & will make a point to return often. We were also pleased to see Dawn Smith the GM & Kaydeen Black Guest Service Relations manager old friends from Sandals Montego Bay. We thank you all for your hospitality & making us feel like valued guests. Charlotte & Eric Owen

The most peaceful and relaxing place to be to get away from the stress of the world! We had the best top notch service from all staff, but more importantly, from the best butlers, Karmeilla and Twain. Karmeilla’s personality is so welcoming, that it felt like we have known her for years. Her recommendations were phenomenal, and ensured we were ready for all scheduled events. Karmeilla and Twain ensured all of our needs were met and once they got to know us, they took care of us from meals, snacks, reserving our beach spots, and knew when we needed another Bob Marley without even asking. Not to mention the room being prepared for our night of perfect relaxation. It’s because this ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service, we will already booked our next trip with requesting them for our butlers! We came here as strangers and are departing as family ❤️

As the first Caribbean resort to debut these spectacular accommodations, it offers an exotic blend of British elegance and tropical indulgence — all just 15 minutes from Sangster International Airport.

But the real showstopper? The overwater bungalows and villas. Suspended over crystal-clear waters, these luxurious hideaways come with see-through glass floor panels, private soaking tubs, overwater hammocks, and personalized Butler Elite service. The overwater villas go even further, offering private infinity pools and outdoor showers for the ultimate secluded retreat.

We had a great trip to Sandals South Coast. We stayed in a Rondoval suite. The room was clean and modern. We loved the private pool and access to the river pool. So relaxing. We were lucky to have two very good butlers, Shanice and Jamoy. We appreciated their attention to details and special touches just for us - they tailored each day to our preferences. Appreciated how they walked us to dinner and seated us with our first drink. They took such good care of us and made the trip even better. We were also impressed with how well housekeeping kept our room. Jodi-Ann and Yanique made our room comfortable each day. We loved the beach and the restaurants. The resort is beautiful and all the staff are pleasant and polite. We will likely be back!

This was our 10th trip to a Sandals Resort, we love everything about their brand. Not only are they great resorts but they are magnificent partners to the communities. We went to South Coast for the 7th time in May for 10 days, it has become our home. We had a Butler suite, and Omar and Al were incredible Butlers. The entertainers are out of this world, so talented. Francois Abby Jaimone. Kemo Sabe and Brenda Lee. The food was wonderful all the restaurants were enjoyable. Unfortunately it was not a perfect trip. I had a major disappointment. We had reached the number of stays to win a free trip for a week. I anticipated how we would receive our award as I had seen others receive theirs in the past at the Dinner for returning guests. Those receiving awards we called up on stage to be recognized when they got their certificate. On our big night the dinner was moved from the ballroom to a restaurant. We were assigned a seat back in a corner. We could not even see the entertainment. When they announced our award, I couldn’t even see or hear anyone. No only did they not call us up, the just walked over with us seated eating and handed us certificate and walked away. Such a disappointment for a loyal Sandals Customer.

This was our 8th Sandals property and our 9th Sandals trip. We absolutely loved it! We wanted to change our trip we already have booked for 2026 to La Toc and come back here instead. Unfortunately, the prices are just so much more for next year. Otherwise, I'd be elated to return to this resort. What did we love so much? First and foremost, the people. We encountered so many kind and welcoming employees. We've been to other Sandals where it seems like you are bothering them. Here, nope. Everyone was all smiles and helpful and made us feel so welcomed. Here are some the employees who made our stay so wonderful: * Our butlers, Khani and Tavoy. Wow! These two were amazing! They actually read our preference sheet and made sure we had great chairs by the main pool each day, a stocked cooler, coconut shrimp each day, snacks, lunch, and our anniversary day was beyond! We walked into our room transformed into this beautiful anniversary paradise with a tent set up! It was my favorite anniversary! And, again, the warmness and kindness from these two just made us feel so special. * Main pool bar-Willis and Scejay were amazing. We loved them! There were more wonderful bartenders, but I didn't write down there names because we were in the pool. Willis was so cool and we loved his philosophy on life that he shared with us. * Neptune's Bar-We spent most nights here. Lorenzo and Malik took great care of us! * Sushi on the Sand-Our server Jeffrey was amazing!! We loved him. And I didn't catch her name, but the manager there was spectacular as well. So fun and friendly and made great drinks. * Martini Bar-Chuck took great care of us. * Giuseppe's-Careca took amazing care of us as well. So friendly! Dannisha also took great care of us on our second visit. We loved the antipasto bar. This was our favorite restaurant. * Schooner's-Our server Richard was the best! * Entertainment-Everyone was great, but of course, Keemo Sabe! He was sooooo funny!!! Our favorite night was Friday night's entertainment when it was serious performer's singing and the guys were clowning around in their afro wigs. Shavia was also so sweet. * Neptune's Restaurant- Marsha and Kimarley were great! Tavoy set it up on our anniversary for them to serenade us and bring us a special dessert. All the servers came and sang to us and we've never had that happen at any Sandals before. It was amazing! * And,last but not least, Jay the bartender who helped us at multiple bars, including Neptunes, but also Le Cabaret. He made the very best Cosmo I've ever had in my life! What we also loved about this resort was the main pool. It was so huge and we loved it. It never felt really crowded because the resort was so spread out. Our room was in the Longview building so it was quite a walk to everything, but I wanted that walk to counter all the food and drinks! However, I will say that employees in golf carts stopped so often during the day to ask if we wanted a lift. I politely declined so I could walk, but it was good to know that was an option. Our room, which I can't remember the full name, but it was the one bedroom Long Beach room with a huge patio. The rooms were newly remodeled and were huge. Our favorite room from any of the Sandals rooms we've ever been in. It was huge and beautiful. We stayed in 3401, which was an end room. I'd love to return once Latitudes is built so we'd see it built, and not construction 😉 We also had a one encounter with the hotel manager, whose name I forgot. We didn't know she was the hotel manager, but we chatted with her when we saw her feeding some of the cats. Then, we saw her three times the next day and she remembered us and was so nice. The beach was nice, but I was hesitant to spend too much time there because of reviews about the bugs.

Amazing property. Best food at an all inclusive I have had. Friendly and helpful staff. Beach could be better but nothing they can do about that. Rough drive to get there but worth it. Staff - 5/5 shout out to Travoy at the far pool by Schooners. He is great. Also Lorenzo at Neptunes is entertaining, has fun and makes great drinks. All of the servers, bartenders, cooks, grounds crew, housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Property - 4/5 all rooms face the ocean (except some inland private suites), well kept, comfortable beds. Not too large but big enough to get away from the main pool at the other pools. Good sunset views on the beach. Beach has sea urchin and isn’t very clear so bring water shoes. Waking the property at night and going out by the overwater bungalows is cool. Food 4/5 (5/5 for being a large AI resort) - Schooners was a favorite for the outdoor dining. Nice breakfast and lunch too. Chicken dippers and the taco truck were great options (spicy chicken and jerk fries at chicken dippers or jerk pork taco at taco truck are recs if you like it spicy). Jasmines pan-Asian was fun to go with a group and try different dishes. Sushi by the sand had an incredible view and decent rolls. Miso soup and service was top notch. We did not try Italian but heard the pasta was not great. Elenor’s and Neptunes were good. Special shout out to the coffee shops. Best espressos in the morning and pastries, ice cream, dessert and crepes throughout the day. Activities and entertainment Beach and pool volleyball, kayaking/paddleboarding/hobycats, snorkeling/snuba/glass bottom boats, music trivia/bingo/name that tune at the pool. Evening entertainment varied between live music in the courtyard, shows in the Cabaret, karaoke and piano sing alongs in the martini bar to beach parties and late night DJs at Neptunes. Something for everyone and we participated or watched most evenings. Spa - decent but have seen better at cheaper properties. The dry sauna, steam sauna and hot/cold plunges are free to use and good way to cure a hangover. My only complaint was checkin after a 3-hour bus ride when we arrive around 5:30 pm. We had to wait in the lobby for a while and some people did not receive their bags in time to change before dinner reservations. Overall, it was a great trip. Would definitely go back.
