One thing you will find the first time you step foot on the Sandals Royal Caribbean property is warm Jamaican hospitality. This resort is one of two to have its own private island, the other is Sandals Royal Bahamian. The private island here is kept exclusively for guest use and is one of the more luxurious selling points of this hotel.
The private island is just a couple hundred yards from the main beach on the resort. There is a ferry that brings guests back and forth to and from the island. On the island, you will find a pool, restaurant and bar, as well as many spots on which you can relax. If you are of the more adventurous side, you can visit the clothing optional beach facing the Caribbean Sea. This section of the island is secluded, with a grove of trees offering privacy.
